Exchange policy
At Lanka Tea Marketing, we take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with the fit of your purchase, therefore we would like to offer you a return and exchange option of a different quality in your purchased brand item(s). If there is a purchased item that you would like to return, please contact us via lanka.tea.mart@gmail.com with your request. Once we receive the request, we will send the package through our delivery service and make sure you return the product in the same packed bag along with the bill and the package should be well sealed.
Return requests should be made within 1-2 days of order, receipt and confirmation of return dispatch should be sent to us via lanka.tea.mart@gmail.com
We cannot accept a product returned after 5 days of delay All items returned to Lanka Tea Marketing must be in its original condition with original pack attached.
In the event that a product has been damaged during the delivery process, the
damaged bag should be returned along with the damaged goods.
We cannot accept a product return if you have simply changed your mind, such as a preference for different tea.
A delivery charge will be added to the return.

If a product offered by New Lanka Tea Marketing itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition.
Pricing
Except where noted otherwise, the list price or suggested price displayed for product does not include shipping and delivery charges. List price or suggested price displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees is to be considered for reference only. Exchange rates at the time of the purchase will be applied by the payment gateway and transacting banks.
